WARRANTY SERVICE

”Allstarretro” products are covered by a maximum warranty period of 12-24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty period may vary for different products (models, manufacturers, etc.). The warranty period applicable to each item can be found in its detailed description.

If the goods are damaged during the warranty period, the warranty repair is carried out free of charge. To arrange for warranty service for the device, please contact MB “Karštas dūmas” by email at info@allstarretro.com. The Buyer shall deliver the goods for warranty service at their own expense.

Warranty obligations are valid only if the product's operating conditions, as specified in the product's user manual, have not been violated. To avoid misunderstandings, we strongly urge you to carefully read the product's operating manual.

To get a refund for a product that did not meet your needs, you can:

Include a brief description of the problem and your contact information in the shipment. After evaluating the condition of the item, you will be contacted regarding a refund or exchange.
